This week on The Unstable Duo Podcast we discuss Cancel Culture
For those who aren’t aware, cancel culture refers to the mass withdrawal of support from public figures or celebrities who have done things that aren’t socially accepted today. This practice of “canceling” or mass shaming often occurs on social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook.
It also happens to noncelebrities. If you did something in your past that wouldn’t be acceptable today it is not common for people to dig that up and try and ruin your life. Is it fair that we dig into people’s past and hold them accountable for things they did or said decades ago? Does the punishment often fit the crime? Let’s talk!

This week on The Unstable Duo Podcast we discuss Narcissists.
Narcissistic personality disorder is a mental health disorder in which someone has an unreasonably high sense of their own importance. They desire people to admire them. This often leads to severe manipulation of people around them. Lies, gaslighting, and even forms of abuse. It is especially highlighted when combined with a horrible person underneath the disorder. People with this disorder often lack the ability to understand or care about the feelings of others.
